摘要:
目的 探讨重症监护室(ICU)发生呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的危险因素及相应护理对策。
方法 2014年1月—2016年12月,我院ICU行机械通气治疗的病人105例,分析发生VAP的危险因素。
结果 未发生VAP病人59例,发生VAP病人46例。发生VAP病人机械通气时间、ICU入住时间、急性生理与慢性健康评分、神经功能状态评分、使用糖皮质激素情况等与未发生VAP病人比较,差异有显著性(t′=3.88,t=2.45~2.84,χ2=9.76,P<0.05)。
结论 临床需对ICU病人发生VAP的危险因素引起足够重视,并应采取相应对策以减少VAP的发生。
Abstract:
Objective  To investigate the risk factors for ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and related nursing strategies.
Methods  A total of 105 patients who underwent mechanical ventilation in the ICU in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled, and the risk factors for VAP were analyzed.
Results  Of all patients, 46 developed VAP and 59 did not develop VAP. There were significant differences between the two groups in duration of mechanical ventilation, duration of ICU admission, APACHE Ⅱ score, neurological function score, and use of glucocorticoids (t′=3.88,t=2.45-2.84,χ2=9.76,P<0.05).
Conclusion  The risk factors for VAP in patients admitted to the ICU should be taken seriously in clinical practice, and related measures should be adopted to reduce the incidence of VAP.
