摘要:
目的 探讨蔗糖溶液和非营养性吸吮联合干预对足月新生儿静脉穿刺疼痛的影响。
方法 将2015年6月—2016年6月符合纳入标准的120例接受静脉穿刺的足月新生儿随机分为3组:第1组新生儿在静脉穿刺前2 min经口给予240 g/L的蔗糖溶液2 mL,喂毕给予非营养性吸吮(A组);第2组仅给予非营养性吸吮(B组);第3组仅给予蔗糖溶液(C组)。3组常规护理和操作均相同。采用心率、血氧饱和度、啼哭时间和新生儿疼痛评估量表(NIPS)等评估新生儿静脉穿刺疼痛的反应。
结果 3组病儿静脉穿刺和恢复阶段心率、血氧饱和度差异有显著性(F=9.858~69.728,P<0.05);3组啼哭时间差异有显著性(F=206.144,P<0.05),3组穿刺阶段、恢复阶段NIPS评分差异有显著性(F=37.924、121.702,P<0.05)。
结论 蔗糖溶液和非营养性吸吮联合干预方法较各干预方法单独干预能更有效减轻新生儿静脉穿刺疼痛。
Abstract:
Objective  To investigate the effect of combined intervention with sucrose solution and non-nutritive sucking on venipuncture pain in full-term neonates.
Methods  A total of 120 full-term neonates who underwent venipuncture from June 2015 to June 2016 and met the inclusion criteria were enrolled and randomly divided into groups A, B, and C. The neonates in group A were given 2 mL 240 g/L sucrose solution orally at 2 min before venipuncture, followed by non-nutritive sucking, those in group B were given non-nutritive sucking alone, and those in group C were given sucrose solution alone. All three groups were given the same routine nursing and operation. Heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, crying time, and Neonatal Infant Pain Scale (NIPS) were used to assess the neonates’ response to venipuncture pain.
Results  There were significant differences in heart rate and blood oxygen saturation between the three groups in the venipuncture stage and the recovery stage (F=9.858-69.728,P<0.05). There was a significant difference in crying time between the three groups (F=206.144,P<0.05), as well as a significant difference in NIPS score between the three groups in the venipuncture stage and the recovery stage (F=37.924 and 121.702,P<0.05).
Conclusion  Compared with sucrose solution or non-nutritive sucking, combined intervention with sucrose solution and non-nutritive sucking can effectively reduce venipuncture pain in neonates.
